Engaging Content, Independent Expertise

Each course includes a video presentation by a practitioner actively working in the field. Instruction is led primarily by registered nurses with advanced training who integrate these approaches into their own clinical practice. 

In addition to core course content, many courses include a short bonus video focused on simple, topic-related self-care practices. These videos provide practical techniques nurses can use to support stress reduction and resilience in their own lives.

Nancy is a holistic nurse and independent case manager with over 40 years of experience. From hospice and home care to integrative therapies like Reiki, yoga nidra, and sound healing—Nancy brings both compassion and deep clinical expertise to everything she teaches. She’s joined by trusted topic experts, including nurse practitioners and certified specialists in complementary care fields.

Deb holds certifications in Healing Touch, Clinical Aromatherapy, and Nia Movement, and has recently won the prestigious international Gattefosse Award, which supports clinical aromatherapy. Deb is the founder of Reis Wellness Services, and is an author, speaker, and internationally recognized educator who shares innovative ideas for supporting clinicians and holistic healers with tools to calm chaos quickly.
