Nancy Grimmick RN, BSN, MAS, CCM, HNB-BC
Nancy began her career as a home care and hospice nurse, where she quickly learned the importance of providing holistic care to patients. This experience inspired her to start her own independent case management practice, Coordinated Care Management LLC, which she has managed for 25 years.
Throughout her career, she observed that conventional medical care was often impersonal, fragmented, and lacked a holistic, whole-person focus.
She also recognized a widespread lack of understanding about complementary and alternative practices within the traditional healthcare system. This inspired her to study integrative approaches and become a certified holistic health nurse.
To bridge the gap, Nancy expanded her practice to create Coordinated Care Learning, an educational platform offering innovative, engaging continuing education workshops designed to help case managers broaden and deepen their practice with a whole-person approach.
