Who we are
Coordinated Care Learning provides video workshops for nurses who are working in a case management or care management role. Our courses include information about a variety of approaches to Whole Person Care and its possible application and integration into our traditional health care system. CCL also offers a comprehensive reference and resource list as well as patient education material.
